Business without borders: 
one center, a clear route
The Competence Center for Russian-Chinese Business Cooperation is the federal operational navigator for China, which operates on the ground, at the point of real contact between the two countries.
The Center for Russian-Chinese Business Cooperation is an object of federal importance and is being developed on the direct instructions of the President of the Russian Federation.

Dear friends!

On behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a Competence Center for Russian-Chinese Business Cooperation has been established in the Amur Region. The Center offers comprehensive solutions for business and government: analytics, legal support, educational programs, and pilot projects.

Our goal is to make Blagoveshchensk the gateway of Russia to China. Our geographical location, experience in cooperation with the People's Republic of China, and logistics projects allow us to effectively build business relationships with Chinese partners. According to the results of 2025, the Amur Region was again recognized as the first region of Russia in terms of productive cooperation with China. We are open to anyone who strives for a reliable and mutually beneficial dialogue with China.
